This page (vastolifegroup.com) is operated by Simeon Harris, licensed agent with Family First Life – Vasto Life Group (NPN 21682094). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us in the quote form: ZIP code, what best describes you (truck driver, owner-operator, blue-collar and trades, or other), age range, best time to call, name, phone number, email, and whether you checked the contact consent box (with the exact consent wording and the time you checked it).
- Information in the referral form: if you refer someone, your name, phone number and (optional) email, and for each person you refer (up to three): their name, phone number, optional email, state, relationship to you, best time to call and any note you add, plus the referral link tag (such as
?ref=) and UTM tags in the link you used, and a record that you confirmed you have their permission to share their contact info (the exact wording and the time). - How you found us: advertising tags in the link you clicked (such as UTM tags, the Facebook click ID "fbclid", and Meta campaign, ad set and ad IDs), the page address, and the referring site.
- Technical information: your IP address, approximate location derived from it (city/region/country), and browser type, used to prevent fraud and keep a record of your consent.
How we use it
- To contact you by phone, text or email about life insurance, as you requested and only if you checked the consent box. Only Simeon Harris is named as the person who may contact you.
- To prepare quotes and help you apply for coverage if you choose to.
- To understand which ads bring people to this page and to measure ad performance.
- To keep records required for insurance and telemarketing compliance.
- For referrals: so Simeon Harris can contact the people you referred by phone, text or email about life insurance, and so he knows who sent them. People you refer can ask not to be contacted at any time, and their information is deleted on request. Referrals are never tied to any gift, payment or discount.
Advertising and tracking
This page may use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure visits, form starts, contact taps and completed requests from Facebook and Instagram ads. Where used, Meta may receive event information and, for completed requests, hashed (scrambled) contact details so it can match the event to an ad. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends GPC, the Meta Pixel does not load and no data is sent to Meta from your visit or your request.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Only Simeon Harris, licensed agent with Family First Life – Vasto Life Group, will contact you about your request. We share it only with service providers that run this page for us (web hosting, data storage, and email delivery of lead and referral notifications to Simeon), with insurance companies if you choose to apply for coverage, with Meta for ad measurement as described above (never when GPC is on), and when required by law.

Retention and security
We keep request information as long as needed to serve you and meet legal record-keeping requirements, then delete it. Data is stored with access limited to a password-protected admin page and transmitted over encrypted connections.
Children
This page is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
